Marketing Officer

We are looking for a dynamic, quick-learning, and fast-acting Marketing and Corporate Relations Officer to join our team at TMHS. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in driving our advertising, brand management, customer relations, and sales initiatives to ensure our continued growth and market reputation.

Key Responsibilities

• Campaigns & Strategy: Implement marketing and advertising campaigns by analyzing sales forecasts, preparing strategic plans and objectives, planning promotional presentations, and updating marketing calendars.
• Sales & Data Support: Prepare comprehensive marketing reports by collecting and analyzing sales data, and support the sales staff by providing market trends, forecasts, account analyses, and product information.
• Sales Initiatives: Develop and implement new sales initiatives, strategies, and programs designed to effectively capture key demographics.
• Corporate & Stakeholder Relations: Build and maintain strategic partnerships with key industry players, agencies, vendors, corporate clients, healthcare professionals, and community organizations, including negotiating contracts and agreements.
• Market Analysis & Growth: Analyze market trends, competitor strategies, and patient/client demographics to identify growth opportunities, solve challenges creatively, and deliver exceptional service to build long-term relationships.
• Customer Care: Meet directly with customers and corporate clients to discuss evolving needs, assess relationship quality, and ensure high satisfaction.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Public Relations, or Business Administration.
• Experience: 3 to 5 years of proven professional experience in marketing, sales, or corporate relations.
• Skills: Quick learner and fast-acting, strong analytical and negotiation skills, exceptional communication abilities, and a proven track record in relationship management.
